1. Do you have 1/2 sizes?

We have whole sizes only...most people go down at least 1 size, as leather gives & stretches.

2. How do you ship your products?

We can use mail, bus or courier what ever a customer would desire.

3. Do you ship International?

We can ship over seas... all legal international shipping laws apply.

4. What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept interac transactions, VISA, MasterCard & debit.

5. Where are your products manufactured?

Our line of products are made mostly throughout Canada, we do import skins, sweater and some mitts.

6. Are the products washable?

Our SHEEPSKINS are washable...cold water, mild soft soap only & drip dry out of direct sunlight.

7. How long does it take to receive items?

In stock items can be shipped within a couple of days.

8. What are your store hours?

Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm. Thursdays open til 8:00pm.

10. What is your return policy?

We will be happy to exchange items with sales receipt. We are very proud of our customer service we express.
